Stage & Setup
- Angled screens. Create intimacy and better sightlines with unique screen set-ups such as angles and curves.
- Stage Thrusts. Add a small “in-crowd” stage or thrust into the audience for surprise interviews or quick segments.
- Upgrade riser looks. Use fabric wraps instead of dated pleated skirting or carpet the riser deck with your brand colors.

Lighting That Works Harder
- Mood mapping. Shift color palettes to guide energy. Reset lighting between sessions to refocus the audience and guide the emotion through the run of show (cool tones for calm, warm for momentum).
- Retro accents. Use neon or strobes sparingly for transitions and reveals. Project logos on side wall with custom gobos.

LED as a Storytelling Tool
- Dynamic side zones. Flank your main screen with vertical panels for agenda, data, or live social feeds.
- Curved canvases. Slight concave LED layouts feel immersive and photograph beautifully.

Formats & Flow
- Ditch the podium. Use talk-show style seating for panels, interviews, or a desk to add variety to how your content is presented.
- Skip long transitions. Build a larger stage and create stage vignettes for different segments of the General Session. Move the audiences attention seamlessly without having to take time to reset the stage.
- Micro-segments. Keep sessions short, add transition moments with lighting or music to re-energize the room. Introduce short interstitial videos or graphic animations between speakers, that highlight internal teams, show sponsors, or customers.
