High-profile productions. Iconic venues. Zero margin for error. Here’s how Mountain View Staging supported some of 2026’s most visible events.
When the Spotlight Is Brightest
Some events demand precision.
Others demand creativity.
The biggest demand both — under national scrutiny.
This year, Mountain View Staging supported multiple productions surrounding the 2026 Grammy Awards and Super Bowl LX, delivering LED environments, technical direction, broadcast-ready activations, and live event production across San Francisco and Los Angeles. Several of these projects were led by longtime MVS project managers who have supported Super Bowl productions for over a decade.
From honoring music legends at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre to powering innovation summits at SFMOMA, our teams were on the ground supporting agencies, brands, and cultural institutions at the highest level.
